Standard Curves

Before you can Add Standard Curves, there must be standards defined in the Design tab. (Add Standard Set

If you did define Standards, when you click on the Standard Curves icon a dialog opens.  As shown in the following screenshot, the default Standard Set name is Standard Set 1 but you can change it. There is a New Tab checkbox to put your Standard Curves on a new tab in the Analysis workspace. The Standard(s) (1) listed are the ones you defined in Add Standard Set in the Design tab. There is a drop-down Population menu (2) where you will choose a Population you defined in Design. When generating standard curves in a given experiment, the most recent standard curve parameters such as equation, weight etc. will re-populate if you make additional standard curves.
